TS BIRTH & DEATH CERTIFICATE
In General after birth, every child has to registered in BIRTH REGISTER.
If birth is in Government or Private Hospital, they inform to Muncipality or Grampanchayat to register child name in Birth register.
If have to check below links for our child name register or not.

1) Choose Muncipality/Grampanchayat,
2) Enter birth month and year,
3) Enter Father Name
