 G.O.Ms.No.29&30 Edn తేది: 23-06-2010 ప్రకారం

 అప్రయత్న పదోన్నతి పథకం:(AAS)

అప్రయత్న పదోన్నతి పథకం(AAS) లో భాగంగా SGT క్యాటగిరి ఉపాధ్యాయులు 12 సం ॥ స్కేలు పొందుటకు  GOT&EOT పరీక్షలు ఉత్తీర్ణులు కానవసరం లేదు.

కాని 24 సం॥ స్కేలు పొందుటకు ఖచ్చితంగా GOT&EOT పరీక్షలు ఉత్తీర్ణులు కావాలి.ఎటువంటి మినహాయింపు లేదు.

స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్ తత్సమాన క్యాటగిరి ఉపాధ్యాయులు 12 సం॥ పొందుటకు GOT&EOT పరీక్షలు ఉత్తీర్ణులు కావాలి.

 పదోన్నతులు(PROMOTIONS)

స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్ లు  గజిటెడ్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుల ప్రమోషన్ పొందుటకు GOT,EOT పరీక్షలు ఉత్తీర్ణులు కావాలి.

సర్వీసలో ఒక్క ప్రమోషన్ కూడా తీసుకొనివారు 45 సం॥ వయస్సు దాటితే ప్రస్తుతము పనిచేయుచున్న క్యాటగిరి నుండి పై క్యాటగిరి కి  ఎటువంటి శాఖాపరమైన పరీక్షలు ఉత్తీర్ణత పొందాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.

50 సం॥ పైబడినవారు ప్రమోషన్ కొరకు ఎటువంటి శాఖాపరమైన పరీక్షలు ఉత్తీర్ణత పొందాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.

Spl.Language Test Higher&Lower Standard paper Code.37 ఎవరు వ్రాయాలి:

ఇంటర్మీడియట్ ఆ పై స్థాయిలో తెలుగు ఒక భాషగా చదవని ఉపాధ్యాయులు (Higher Standard) వ్రాయాలి.

పదవ తరగతి ఆ పై స్థాయిలో హిందీ/ఉర్దూ ఒక భాషగా చదవని ఉపాధ్యాయులు (Lower Standard) వ్రాయాలి.

 డిపార్టుమెంటల్ పరీక్షకు హాజరయ్యే ఉపాధ్యాయులకు OD సౌకర్యం ఉంటుందా?

ఫండమెంటల్ రూల్ 9(6)(b)(iii) ప్రకారం నిర్బంధ శాఖీయ పరీక్షకు(Compulsory) హాజరగుటకు ఎన్నిసార్లైనా OD సౌకర్యం కల్పించవచ్చును.

అయితే ఐచ్చిక పరీక్షకు(OPTIONAL) హాజరగుటకు రెండుకంటే ఎక్కువసార్లు OD  రాయితీని ఇవ్వరాదు.

Syllabus for Gazetted Officers Test  GOT First Paper (with Books) Code: 88

1. Rules relating to Elementary Schools.
2. Rules relating to Provident Fund for Teachers in non-pensionable service
3. The Inspection Code
4. The Grant-in-aid Code.
5. Instructions to Local authorities and Inspecting Officers of the Education Department in connection with Universal Free and Compulsory Primary  Education in Andhra Pradesh.

GOT Paper II Syllabus:

Syllabus for Gazetted Officers Test GOT Second Paper (with Books) Code: 97

1. The Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and appeal) and the Hyderabad (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules.
2. The Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Samithi’s and Zilla Parishads Act 1959, and rules issued thereafter.
3. The New SSC (10th Class) Scheme issued in GO.Ms.No.63 Edn dated 16th Jan 1969 (Vide GO.554 Dated 9th Aug 1974).
4. Special Rules for Educational Service and Special Rules for Educational Sub-Ordinate Service.

The EOT Syllabus

1. The Andhra Pradesh Financial Code Chapters I-VIII and XII to XIV
2. The Andhra Pradesh Treasury Code Part-I, Part-II (Chapters III, V & VII) and Part III (Chapter IV)
3. The Andhra Pradesh Budget Manual Chapter I-V, VII and VIII
4. An Introduction to Indian Govt Accounts and Audit Chapter I, Part-B of Chapter-II, Chapters 10. 13, 15, 16, 17, 24, 25, 27 and 28.
5. The Constitution of India, 1950 Articles 148 to 151, 202 to 207, 264 to 293 and 308 to 314.
6. The Andhra Pradesh Pension Code.

Note: Candidates are required to be conversant with such amendments to Acts and Rules as having been issued or published prior to six months to the date of examination
